The eldest child of Michael Jackson is a college graduate! Prince Jackson, 22, whose real name is Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., graduated with cum laude honors from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles Saturday with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. "I met so many people and learned so much that the experience alone is worth it," he wrote alongside graduation pictures with his loved ones, including grandmother Katherine Jackson. "I wish I could thank everyone that helped me make it to the end but I can’t and unfortunately they’re not all pictured here." Prince added: "Honestly I can’t tell you if all of it was worth it yet but I am proud of my degree as I believe it is a testament to my dedication and discipline."
The graduate gave a special shout-out to his cousin T.J. Jackson, who served as his guardian with Katherine after his father died. "The biggest thanks goes to @tjjackson9 and his brothers (Taryll Jackson) and (Taj Jackson) who kept pushing me to graduate and finish up my degree when I wanted to quit," he wrote. Prince continued: "I’m thankful for LMUs education of a whole person and the implementation of Jesuit values because I believe they inspire graduates like me to continue to change the world for the better." Prince's proud cousin was at the commencement ceremony. T.J. wrote a touching message to the graduate alongside a picture of Prince decked out in his cap and gown.
"Prince, it’s been a long road but you did it," T.J. wrote Saturday. "Keep learning, keep growing and keep giving back! So so proud of you." La Toya Jackson and younger brother Prince Michael Jackson II, who is nicknamed Blanket, as well as grandmother Mrs Katherien Jackson were also by his side. Prince's younger sister Paris Jackson shared a picture of her brother on her Instagram Stories, simply writing, "I'm so proud."
